In 2003 together with business partners Baltvesta invested in Sanitas, generic pharmaceutical manufacturer. Subject to restructuring of management, good manufacturing practice (GMP) certificate and acquisition of companies in Slovakia and Poland, Sanitas grown about 10 times and became a significant player in the Central and Eastern

In 2011 Sanitas was sold to Valeant Pharmaceuticals International with EV 365M (13.1x EV/EBITDA multiple) at the exit.

In 2009 Baltvesta along with its partners invested in a microfinance business, whose loan portfolio was later on sold to JSC Credo Bank, Georgia in 2018.

Sold property:

- Office building of 1,300 m2 at Maironio str., Kaunas, Lithuania;

- Office and commercial building of 6,000m2 at Ukmergės str., Vilnius, Lithuania.

- Office and commercial building of 4,000 m2 at Ukmerges str., Vilnius, Lithuania.
